Literally lost all my points. I hate the update. The rewards system WAS the only reason I used to go to chilis but not anymore. You lost my business.

Cant add missing points or review visit history. Just takes you to order page.

I spent $42 on Saturday night and normally I would receive 42 points for that. But now that Chilis is merged with Plenti, Im not seeing ANY points added to my account (and its been more than 48 hours). Then, when you go to "my rewards" in the app, or "missing points?", they both take you to the online to-go order page. I dont want to place a to-go order, I want my points.

I love Chilis!! Great food and friendly people. The new one in Norman off of 24th is wonderful.

Must sign up for plenti card to use features. Dont need the app to see an online menu. Dont waste your time unless you want a plenti card too.

The update is awful. I have lost all my points and the app isnt functional at all. It takes you to the order page for everything. I really liked the rewards program before the merge with plenti. Super disappointed that they rolled this out and it has SO MANY glitches.

I dont see reward points in app, I didnt join plenti program. I dont see my account details or order history in the app with latest update too. Every other page in More Info Screen takes to ordering page.

Congratulations, in 3-4 years I have never reviewed an app. Yours is so bad I logged in to make sure you appreciate how bad the user experience was.

If you like great tools this app is awesome. Finding the restaurant is fast, great if you want to go an eat or sit down an eat.

Cant even look up past orders.

Simple and love the small extras just for going to a place we love

Had to wait 10 minutes just to get our name on the list at a location the the app said there was no wait. Told its a 20 minute wait. Hostess says the app always shows no waiting. LAME!!!

We love ordering to go and getting our meals quickly and fresh!
