If the service was always on top of there game it would really make a difference. Great food though

Its ok for ordering but it doesnt save past orders, doesnt log points when it suppose to. You will not get a receipt in the app, only when you pick up food. Once you place the order, thats it. Come on Chilis, even Taco Bell has a better app.

Interface is awful, cant customize, looks like the mobile version is a bad port of the website. Also chilis rewards not available in my area, maybe this app is better in other regions. I wish the chilis people would get with the Panera people to see how an ordering app should be done.

The latest update brings bugs. Cant order or reorder. Ive contacted their support and never heard back. Easier to just visit the website. Oh wait, reordering doesnt work there either. Error 300 every where!

After using the Applebees app I was so excited that Chilis had one as well – but its terrible.

Handy for finding locations, times, and menu information.

Three different times I have used the app to get in line and my position in line wasnt honored. Whats the point? Everything else on the app works. I gave three stars because the wait in line doesnt work.

The last few times Ive gone to Chilis, weve tried to "get in line" but were told "No waiting" yet once we got there, we had a 15 - 20 minute wait each time. Why have an app that lets you get in line beforehand, like I have tried to do when deciding where we are going to go, only to be told no waiting but show up to a line?? Im about to delete this app as it has proven to be worthless. Unless you only want to use it for ordering to-go meals, Id say dont waste your time downloading this one!!

Its very convenient. I like that we can check in while on the way and have a shorter wait when we arrive.

I have used this app for ordering, getting in the line without waiting. Its an awesome app to have!

False patriots... im deleting this app and my Membership account

I updated the Chilis app and it does seem to run faster and also offers a free app. However, all of my points are missing!!! Do not update until this is fixed! Also, it would be nice if ALL Chilis used the app but the franchise stores do not yet even though they push the app down your throats the minute you walk in.

Great rewards

With its latest update, Chilis has integrated with Plenti, making everything more difficult, and money spent worth fewer points. As a frequent user of My Chilis Rewards, this is disappointing and I dont see myself using the Plenti program much, if at all. Even more misleading are the app screenshots, depicting the previous version and the old rewards system.

The app was updated and now all my points are gone! Also when you go to the rewards page it asked you to find a store to place an order. Not happy with the update!!!!!

The app is great for ordering to-go. Im just not sure about the Plenti.
